Long Time No See
Hello everyone HuskeyNinja here,
I know it has been a long time since I was last on here but I figured I'd give you all a update as to what has happened in my live ^_^
1) I got married just before all of covid hit the world and still happily married.
2) I started to do cosplay guestings at a convention in manchester england called Doki Doki Japanese Festival and after guesting there twice me and my husband got promoted to cosplay staff and now help run the cosplay area at the con.
3) I have been having photoshoots of my cosplays and even lolita/EGL fashion photoshoots.
4) I am more active on my instagram page and on my youtube channel where I post more.
5) I still do some voice work and even met some of the voice actors who inspired me to start voice acting.
6) I play the TCG Weiss Schwarz and even help teach people how to play it and even make youtube videos on it.
7) I have started to do cosplays I have been wanting to do for years and it feels amazing.
These are just some of the things I have been up to since I was last on deviantART and I will slowly start to upload some but not all of my cosplay photos.
2019 lookback and 2020 plans
Hello everyone HuskeyNinja here,
first of all I want to say sorry for not posting alot on here but I have been focusing on my instagram page and my youtube channel and I have also been improving my sewing skills and poses for each character I cosplay.
looking back at 2019 I have grown as a cosplayer in just one year as I started 2019 with a basic budget cosplay and ended it with a cosplay I fully made from scratch in only 2 weeks of non stop work from the start of each day to the end of each day. I also got married to loving otherhalf in september in 2019 and went to a new convention nither of us had been to before while on honeymoon in glasgow.
In november 2019 me and my husband guested at Doki Doki in Manchester where we also hosted cosplay panels and gave away free cosplay prints of our cosplays and even ran and judged the cosplay masqurades both days of the convention.
I was filmed for two CMV videos on youtube on day 2 of mcm birmingham mcm november 2019 while wearing my RWBY volume 1 Yang cosplay and even made alot of people smile and stayed in Yang's voice for a lot of the convention too.
for 2020 I plan to add a new character to roster of characters and a couple of new budget cosplays too and hopefully go to a convention from the part of the UK my family is from in the northeast of the UK and build some new relitively small props and my first large cosplay build too I also plan to do a few photoshoots this year aswell.
Cosplay Update
Hello everyone this is a quick journal to let you all know of updates to my cosplays for this year of 2019 as I have mostly been active on my Instagram page I felt its time to let you my deviantART followers know I have started to add more characters to my roster that I shall list below.
characters I cosplay:-
1) Luka Megurine from vocaloid (normal, magnet and Christmas)
2) Super Sonico (sexy knit and casual city)
3) Yang from RWBY (PJ)
For 2020 I plan to do Seras Victoria in her red uniform from Hellsing Ultimate and for late 2020 to 2021 my cosplan is Yang's main season 1 outfit
MAGNET LUKA
here ^_^had a nice weekend at MCM BIRMINGHAM and was the first big convention for my MAGNET Luka Megurine cosplay and with photos from a mini photoshoot I made a slideshow of the photos of my MAGNET Luka Megurine cosplay
